About FUNarios

FUNarios is an Atlanta-based content studio producing urban comedy-drama for YouTube, Patreon, and Tubi. We drop new content multiple times per week and are scaling toward one million subscribers on YouTube. Our team is small, fast-moving, and voice-driven. Every piece of content has to fit our tone and audience.

The Role

We are hiring a Producer / Production Coordinator to own the pipeline from script-approved to shoot-day-complete. You will be the person who makes sure every shoot happens on time, with the right cast, the right locations, and the right logistics, so our director and crew can focus on the work.

This is a contractor role based in Atlanta, with regular on-set presence required. Not remote.

What You'll Own

Casting coordination: Sourcing talent from our database and outside networks, sending audition requests, confirming bookings, handling talent agreements and payment paperwork.
Call sheets: Drafting, sending, and confirming call sheets for every shoot day, including cast, crew, location, schedule, wardrobe, and props notes.
Cast communication: Living in the casting inbox. Confirming bookings within 24 hours. Following up on unconfirmed talent. Handling cancellations and finding replacements fast.
Production scheduling: Coordinating with the writers' room, director, DP, and editors to build a weekly shoot schedule that hits our drop calendar.
Location and set logistics: Booking locations, coordinating with the studio, ordering food for set, managing on-set supplies.
Vendor coordination: Working with photographers, equipment rentals, wardrobe, and any outside vendors.
On-set presence: Being on set for shoots to run the day: checking in cast, keeping the schedule, handling problems in real time.
Paperwork: Talent agreements, W-9s, releases, and NIL forms, all signed and filed before anyone steps on set.

Who You Are

2+ years of production coordination or producing experience: indie film, digital content, commercial, or scripted TV.
Based in Atlanta with reliable transportation.
Obsessive about email and communication. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Comfortable with fast turnarounds (we sometimes book 48 hours out).
Understands digital-first content (YouTube, Patreon, streaming), not just traditional TV/film.
Can watch our content and get why it works. If you have never seen FUNarios, watch us before applying.
Comfortable with mature themes. Our content is adult-oriented urban drama.
Detail-obsessed on call sheets, contracts, and cast confirmations.
Calm under pressure. Shoot days go sideways. You solve, not spiral.

Bonus Points

Existing relationships with Atlanta talent, casting directors, or agents.
Experience with digital-first / creator-economy productions.
Familiar with Google Workspace, casting databases, and production management tools.
